etc’s Georga Spottiswood is gearing up for a week in Marbella by following Caroline Dixon’s bikini body workout. Read her diary here
“I’ve lost six pound in two weeks.
Thanks to Caroline’s bikini body workout, bootcamps and diet plan the weight has started to drop off.
I’ve been training with the fitness guru three times a week and following her diet tips, which include eating smaller portions more often, as well as upping my protein intake.
It hasn’t been too much hard work either: her sessions are great fun, although I ache the next day, and eating only natural foods has made me feel less bloated and I have more energy.
It’s taken only two weeks to lose six pounds and I feel great. And I can’t wait to jet off to Marbella in a few weeks time and don my new bikinis!”
Here’s how you can do it …
Bikini body work out (Scroll through the pictures above to see the exercises)
Do 20 reps of each exercise, then 15, then 10 then 5.
Ensure you warm up for five minutes beforehand and cool down with stretches after.
